ATAP Urges FTC to Finalize Strong Enforcement Action Against Express Scripts

The Alliance for Transparent & Affordable Prescriptions (ATAP) Action Network has submitted formal comments to the Federal Trade Commission in support of its proposed consent order with Express Scripts. In the letter, ATAP commends the Commission for taking meaningful steps to address anticompetitive PBM practices and urges adoption of reforms that will lower patient costs, improve access to medications, and restore fairness to the prescription drug marketplace.
